CPU Performance

The Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 boasts a more advanced CPU core setup with two Cortex-A78 cores at 2.0GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8GHz. In contrast, the Unisoc T7250 features two Cortex-A75 cores at 1.8GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.6GHz. The 4s Gen 2 is built on a superior 4nm process which means that it would be cooler and more battery friendly. Finally, the newer Cortex-A78 cores in the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 offer better performance compared to the A75 cores in the Unisoc. There’s absolutely only one winner here and it’s the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2.


GPU Graphics and Gaming

Qualcomm’s Adreno 611 GPU in the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 provides slightly superior graphics performance and better support for gaming and multimedia tasks. The Adreno 611 generally performs better when compared to the Mali-G57 MP1 GPU in the Unisoc T7250.

Benchmark scores clearly show that the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 outperforms the Unisoc T7250. The Unisoc T7250 scores around 263,000 on AnTuTu and 441 (single-core) and 1,454 (multi-core) on GeekBench 6.


RAM/Storage Support

The Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 supports faster LPDDR4x RAM at 2133MHz and UFS 3.1 storage, enabling quicker data access and better multitasking. The Unisoc T7250 supports LPDDR4x RAM at 1866MHz and UFS 2.2 storage, which are both slower in comparison.


Display

Both SoCs support displays up to 1080p resolution. However, the Unisoc T7250 can handle a higher refresh rate of 120Hz at 720p, whereas the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 supports up to 90Hz at FHD+ resolution.


Camera/Video

The Unisoc T7250 can handle camera resolutions of up to 108MP, while the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 supports up to 84MP with features like Zero Shutter Lag (ZSL) for 32MP sensors. Both SoCs can record and playback 1080p videos at 60fps.


Communications

A significant advantage of the Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 is its integrated 5G modem, offering download speeds up to 1Gbps. The Unisoc T7250 is limited to 4G LTE connectivity. Both chipsets support Bluetooth 5.x and Wi-Fi 5 standards.
